One-Stop Shop

When you enroll in BCSC, we become your exclusive provider for all your medical needs as well as for the additional services listed below. We will coordinate all your appointments and care –you will not receive any bills. Everyone on our team works together in partnership with you to get the answers and care you need.

Transportation

We provide transportation services to help you get from point A to point B. We drive you to and from your medical appointments, our Day Center, and our Clinic. Wheelchair accessibility is available on all our vans.

Care for Serious Conditions

We are committed to providing high-quality care for participants who have health challenges. We provide compassionate care for people living with heart disease, lung disease, diabetes, renal and neurological diseases, cognitive impairment or dementia and many other medical conditions.

24/7 Medical Care

Depending on your preference, you can schedule a clinic appointment or telehealth visit. You can always count on us to provide you with high-quality care when and where you need it – stress-free. For urgent needs, we have an after-hours line with a physician on call. Translators are available to help you receive care in your preferred language, and everything is taken care of, including glasses, dentures, hearing aids, foot care, medical supplies and equipment.

Happy Environment

You can enjoy the day at one of our Social Centers in a safe environment. Participants indulge in a delicious breakfast, lunch and snacks, meet new friends and enjoy easy conversations. Activities typically include cultural celebrations, arts and crafts, games, light exercise and music. A Brandman Centers for Senior Care Social Worker can help connect you with community resources available to you. Your Social Worker is the “go-to” person for any questions or needs.

Our Social Workers are here for your emotional wellbeing. You can have private counseling at the center or on the phone.
