The responsibilities of the Server include, but are not limited to: 

Responsibilities:

• Serve meals that are both palatable and visually appealing.
• Assist in serving meals as needed and ensure timely service.
• Make only authorized food substitutions.
• Assist with daily or scheduled cleaning duties, following established policies and procedures.
• Transport soiled utensils and items to the wash area.
• Offer assistance to co-workers as needed.
• Adjust work pace to meet the department's needs.
• Be flexible and provide coverage as needed.
• Follow safety regulations and precautions at all times.
• Perform other duties as required.

Experience and Skills:

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Experience in a fine dining restaurant or hotel food & beverage/banquet operation is a plus.
