As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities, contributing to the well-being of our senior community. 

Responsibilities:

• Will be working between multiple campuses.
• Be on call 24/7 for emergencies.

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance.
• Must be customer service oriented with compassion for the elderly.
• Senior living/assisted living experience a plus.
• Must have HVAC, plumbing, and electrical experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible work schedule.
• Self-starter, energetic.

• Ability to troubleshoot.
