The Maintenance Technician responsibilities are but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Will be working between multiple campuses.
- Be on call 24/7 for emergencies.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance.
- Must be customer service oriented with compassion for the elderly.
- Senior living/assisted living experience a plus.
- Must have HVAC, plumbing, and electrical experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible work schedule.
- Self-starter, energetic.
- Ability to troubleshoot.
